Requests
Contact details, descriptions and files you submit are stored so the studio can review your request and respond. Access is limited to the project owner and authorised studio staff.
Files
Request attachments are not published in the catalogue. Keep a copy of your original documents.
Usage measurement
The website counts views and actions in aggregate without advertising cookies. It does not store your IP address in these statistics.
Questions
Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Retention conditions and the privacy contact must be finalised before commercial launch.
Your client account
Your account stores your sign-in identity, profile, addresses, favorites and 3D explorations. Requests made while signed in let you access your own documents, messages, quotes, orders and invoices. Internal studio notes remain in the administration area.
Payments
When card payment is available, card details are entered with Stripe. The site stores transaction references, amounts and statuses without storing your card number. Offline receipts are recorded by the studio after verification.
Your analytics and storage choices
The journey temporarily keeps the entry page and campaign parameters in this tab. These details accompany your request to support relevant follow-up. Internal counters are aggregated without cookies. If Google Analytics is configured, your consent is requested before loading it and can be withdrawn through the footer privacy preferences. Request drafts and files, configuration choices and inspiration selections may also stay on this device for seven days and can be cleared on their screen. A protected continuity proof allows your latest guest request to be linked from this browser after sign-in. The installable app keeps an offline page and brand assets; it does not cache private projects, orders or documents.
Access, correction and deletion
From My account, export your information or submit a correction or deletion request. The studio must review commercial document retention obligations. The studio must specify applicable retention periods and the privacy contact in this policy before commercial launch.
