Defining the files you need
A visualisation, a design model and a machine-ready file serve different purposes. We agree on formats, intended use, revisions and validation steps. If another workshop will handle fabrication, its constraints and specifications need to be included in the study.
Does design automatically include fabrication?
The scope is defined in the quote. Design can be a separate commission or preparation for fabrication; deliverables, usage rights and approval stages are agreed for your project.
